Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its packaging, accessories and tags. Proof of purchase or an order number is required. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be reviewed separately. Opening the packaging to discover a fault does not automatically make an item ineligible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, email help@daddyclean.co.in promptly with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs and video showing the product and any damage.
Please retain the product and packaging while we review your request. Depending on the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund.Once your request is reviewed, we will share the return instructions and confirm whether collection or self-shipping is required. Please contact us before sending an item back so it reaches the correct return address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days. Prepaid refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount. For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI. We will request the necessary details privately through our support channel.
Exchanges and Replacements
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or refund with you.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable and may need to follow the return process.
