Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays or periods of high demand.
Delivery Locations and Timelines
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. For orders of ₹499 or less, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email/SMS/WhatsApp. Tracking information may take some time to appear on the courier’s website.
Delivery Details
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and working phone number when ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, contact us to discuss the next steps. Any applicable redelivery charges will be communicated before arranging another shipment.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or has something missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs and video. We will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery OTP
Share your delivery OTP only with the delivery person when receiving your order. Do not share it over the phone or WhatsApp before delivery.
